Step 1: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
Step 2: Immediately after step 1, press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
Step 3: Immediately after step 2, press and hold the Side button until you see the recovery-mode screen.
If your screen is still stuck after trying several times, plug it into a wall charger, and try the three steps a few more times until you reach the recovery mode screen. These steps should help if your device is frozen or stuck on the Apple Logo screen.
Samsung
Hard Reset
Step 1: Start with the device powered off.
Step 2: Press and hold the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons. If your device does not have a home button, press and hold the Volume Up, Bixby and Power buttons.* until the Android symbol appears. Select the Power button last to ensure it does not override the process and just reboot the device.
You may see a screen that displays as 'No Command' it will disappear and take you to the Android Recovery menu.
Step 3: Use the Power button to Select the option: 'Normal reboot now' or "Reboot system now"

*Do not factory reset devices without assistance from the help desk team.
