Viewing Requests
- Click Sign in to view requests and log into your account. This is located at the top right of the page.
- After you log in, hover over your user in that same top right corner.
- Click on Profile. Here, you can edit your user profile and view your requests and requests you are CC'd on.
Submitting Requests
- On the hompage, click on Submit a request. Or, if you are inside of an article, you can click the link at the bottom of the page.

- Fill out the form, and then click Submit. You can also submit tickets to our email address service-request@e2cc.com.
Tip: you can quickly navigate back to the Help Center homepage by clicking the logo in the top left corner.
Chat with an Agent
Note: our chat hours are 7AM-5PM Arizona time.
- On the homepage, click on Live chat.
- Click on an option.
Cellphone / iPad Support: Wireless Management Services team
Tablet ELD Support: Machine to Machine team
Telematics: Telematics team
If you aren't sure which option to select, choose the one that best fits your request. The Help Desk team will ensure your request is sent to the correct place.
- After clicking a chat option, you will instantly be connected to our AI Agent. It may be able to help resolve your inquiry by providing an article based on the information you provide.
- To get connected to an eSquared Help Desk agent, you can say "chat with a rep" or "talk to a human" and the AI Agent will guide you from there.
